| Asante Preparatory Academy is a preschool through 8th grade elementary school in the Dysart Unified School District. Open in 2019, our vision is to empower students to be innovative leaders, thinkers, and risk takers prepared for the complex, continuously-changing world. At Asante Preparatory Academy, we support the needs of each learner. We embrace opportunities for significant positive change that lead to high expectations for all. Through commitment and collaboration, we build a strong foundation of social, emotional and academic success. In doing so, each member of our school community will sustain a growth mindset. The Asante Preparatory Academy community will instill in all the importance of community outreach and service. Providing close access from the communities surrounding Asante, the school is located near Pat Tillman Blvd adjacent to Asante Community Park near 163rd Avenue and Grand Avenue with close access to the 303. Asante is proud to offer a robust program that through our signature program of acceleration allows students the opportunity to take high school credit in their 8th grade year. There is a robust program for arts including a robust offering of band, choir, art and additional music electives. In addition, there are extracurricular clubs including art club, music clubs, and more. In addition, our middle school athletics program for 6-8 grade students includes basketball, soccer, girls’ volleyball, baseball, softball, flag football and cheer. We also offer cross-country and pickleball for grades 3-8. |

Additional Benefits Information Staff can earn up to an additional $4,900 in performance measures. Hard-to-fill stipends up to $3,000 and years or service stipends may be additional funding when available. As a Dysart staff member, you are our most valuable asset. We are committed to providing you with the most competitive and cost-effective benefits programs possible. You are eligible for benefits if you are a Certified employee working full time in either a contracted .5 FTE or 1.0 FTE position, or if you are a classified employee working 6 or more hours in one position. Benefits are effective depending on the position or contracted start date. If this date is from the 1st - 15th of the month, benefits are effective the 1st of the following month.
