| Luke Elementary School is proud to continue the strong partnership with the community of Luke Air Force Base and surrounding areas. Luke is proud to host many of our military’s own children and work together with the base supports to ensure smooth transition for all families. We are committed to providing an extraordinary academic experience. Luke Educators use the Arizona State Standards to plan for rigorous instruction, utilizing effective engagement strategies while ensuring that all students are progressing through the standards. In addition, Luke Educators work as cohesive Professional Learning Communities to collaborate on upcoming standards, reviewing data from assessments and make adjustments to ensure student success. Providing close access from the communities surrounding Luke Air Force Base, the school is located on Dysart Road, just North of Glendale Avenue with closes access to the 101, 303 and Northern Parkway. |

Additional Benefits Information Staff can earn up to an additional $4,900 in performance measures. Hard-to-fill stipends up to $3,000 and years or service stipends may be additional funding when available. As a Dysart staff member, you are our most valuable asset. We are committed to providing you with the most competitive and cost-effective benefits programs possible. You are eligible for benefits if you are a Certified employee working full time in either a contracted .5 FTE or 1.0 FTE position, or if you are a classified employee working 6 or more hours in one position. Benefits are effective depending on the position or contracted start date. If this date is from the 1st - 15th of the month, benefits are effective the 1st of the following month.
