| Countryside Elementary School is a preschool through 4th grade primary school in the Dysart Unified School District. Open in 2002, our vision is to promote individual excellence and success for all by addressing the whole child with “Strong Hearts, Strong Minds and Strong Bodies”. At Countryside Elementary School, we inspire lifelong learning through exploration, encouragement, innovation and collaboration. We value high academic standards that prepare our children for the future. We encourage social responsibility by promoting character excellence, positive interaction and fun. We uphold positive relationships through communication, respect and leadership within our diverse community. Centrally located in Surprise, AZ, the school is located south of the intersection of Greenway Rd and Parkview Place. We are close to the Vista Center of the Arts, the Surprise Baseball Stadium, Valley Vista High School and Ashton Ranch Middle School. |

Additional Benefits Information Staff can earn up to an additional $4,900 in performance measures. Hard-to-fill stipends up to $3,000 and years or service stipends may be additional funding when available. As a Dysart staff member, you are our most valuable asset. We are committed to providing you with the most competitive and cost-effective benefits programs possible. You are eligible for benefits if you are a Certified employee working full time in either a contracted .5 FTE or 1.0 FTE position, or if you are a classified employee working 6 or more hours in one position. Benefits are effective depending on the position or contracted start date. If this date is from the 1st - 15th of the month, benefits are effective the 1st of the following month.
