Founded in 1985, The International School of Minnesota (ISM) is a private school located in the heart of Eden Prairie, Minnesota and has been educating students in the local and international community for over 35 years. We believe that our students in Preschool to Grade 12 are future leaders and world changers, and we educate them accordingly. Through the implementation of our proprietary international curriculum, we provide students with a solid foundation of knowledge and valuable 21st century skills to ensure that our students succeed beyond their time at ISM. SABIS® develops our text books/resources which provides a strong alignment with curriculum. Ultimately, this benefits the student experience and enhances learning. Local School, Global Curriculum: As a SABIS® school, our students are able to form global connections with students at other schools within the network. This can also include international travel to network schools in other countries! Robust Student Leadership: Our SABIS Student Life Organization® (SLO®) is more than a student counsel or leadership organization, it’s the heart of our ISM community. This group is fully integrated within our curriculum and school community, but also looks to impact in our global community. SLO® provides unique mentorship opportunities as well as interactions between our young learners and our middle and upper school students. |
